Start responding and start collecting logos for your headshot and website today!
• GOOGLE ALERTS https://www.google.com/alerts# Set up alerts for your areas of interest. Also, BE CERTAIN to set up an alert for your name and for your business’ name. That way, you will get an email noting the top articles from around the world on this topic every day. When you are featured in an article, google alerts you. This is a terrific way to pinpoint journalists who might also be interested in YOUR story. Yes, use that powerful mindset and reach out to them expecting success. It is also a great way to find content worth sharing on your business’ social media sites so that you can stay consistently in front of your potential clients.
• LINKED IN SOCIAL SELLING INDICATOR https://www.linkedin.com/sales/ssi Click here to find out how you are ranking on LinkedIn compared to others in your industry and compared to other people in your network. This is a great way to track your reach on LinkedIN. Consistency counts so try to post or share or comment at least 3-5 times weekly, even if you only spend 5-15 minutes on the site.
• BUZZSUMO https://buzzsumo.com  This site is golden. Use it not only to find out what the most popular blogs/posts have been on any given topic/ key word phrase. You can also check to see what the most popular blogs have been on specific sites — and who the influencers are who have been sharing those posts. Great resource!
