We all have our stories.

Often we go through life believing that our stories are insignificant or proof that we should be something more.

Until that one day.

The moment when we have the opportunity to look at the world with our “real eyes”. And to “real eyes” that our own “perfectly imperfect story” might be that one unique missing piece that fits perfectly into the rest of the human puzzle.

Today, I was blessed with the opportunity to share my story with KC Armstrong of WMAP Radio. KC is the long time veteran producer/ cast member of the Howard Stern team.  He has appeared on radio and TV. So now KC  hosts Worlds Most Amazing People radio and somehow his team stumbled upon the story of Schuyler and my journey.

Wow! Just wow!

How humbling (and fun) to spend that 15 minutes on air with such a great guy!

My takeaways from this latest chapter in our story?

Be bold. Be brave.

Brave enough to see lightness in those moments that others might call dark. The world needs to hear your story — even if it’s only one heart that is profoundly touched.

And trust the process — even when it seems scary and slow.

We never quite know where we are in our own hero’s journey. But I believe that regardless of where these tiny footsteps have taken us, we can positively impact the world when we champion those who journey all around us.

Thank you KC and Autumn and the WMAP for sharing my voice and our story with more of the world.

Here’s to making a positive impact, one small adventure at a time.

Thanks for listening and for committing to live your own “boulder” story!

In Joy,

Meridith
